- Ensure the safety and proper supervision of all campers and staff at the waterfront
- Manage and oversee all waterfront activities and operations
- Deliver waterfront instruction and programming in an enthusiastic, safe, and responsible manner
- Conduct swimming tests for all campers upon arrival
- Develop and enforce an effective “buddy check” system
- Train staff in waterfront safety procedures during training week
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe waterfront area
- Perform daily camp tasks and safely traverse the camp’s 250-acre property
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience working with children
- Current Lifeguard certification
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Physically capable of performing duties in an outdoor camp environment
- Experience in fishing, canoeing, and kayaking preferred
